If you are ordering COOKIES as a gift, please provide the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address. We wish we could make surprise deliveries, but in order to ensure that our COOKIES are fresh when received, it is best that we contact the recipient first. Once we contact the recipient, we will say someone has ordered them a gift from COOKIES on WHEELS and we will set up a delivery time. We are happy to take pre-orders for gifts or orders you want delivered on a special day.
4. Pick a delivery time frame.
Typical delivery time for 1 Dozen fresh-baked COOKIES is 1 1/2 hours (sometimes less, sometimes more)
We will let you know what the first available delivery time is and will do our best to accommodate.
We bake one batch at a time, so orders are taken on a first come first served basis.
We highly recommend ordering ahead of time for gifts or orders you want delivered on special dates!

Our delivery hours are 10am-10pm, but you may place your order by text or phone call from 7am-10pm!

8. As soon as we receive your payment we will bake your COOKIES and deliver them.

A NOTE ABOUT ALLERGIES:
Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common food allergens including eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts. all of our products are baked or prepared in an environment where eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts are present. Due to the presence of such food allergens, we do not recommend consuming any of our products if you are allergic to such food allergens.

Delivery & Cancellation Policies
Orders per time slot are limited and subject to availability. Same day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Although we try our best to deliver at the requested time, exact times cannot be guaranteed due to influences outside of our control. We can only estimate delivery times. If we are unable to deliver a fresh-baked order at the requested time, due to customer error, mistake or responsibility, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery (additional fees apply). Although the cookies will still be amazingly delicious, the order will not be fresh out of the oven.
If an incorrect address is provided and we have attempted delivery, we cannot refund for the order. Please make sure your delivery information is correct. We will charge a delivery fee for delivery to the correct address.
For office, hospital, or university deliveries, we will leave the order with a receptionist or another person available to accept the delivery, If this is their policy or if you make this request when ordering. We abide by all delivery regulations at delivery locations. In the event that no one is present or the office is closed, the order will be returned and we will attempt to contact you to determine an alternate delivery date/time (additional fees apply).
If no one answers the door for home deliveries, the order will be returned and we will attempt to contact you to determine an alternate delivery date/time (additional fees apply). In the event that we cannot access the home due to locked gates, dogs, gated communities with no gate code given, etc., we will make every effort to gain access to the address. In the event we are unable to gain access, the order will be returned and we will attempt to contact you to determine an alternate delivery date/time (additional fees apply).
GIFT ORDERS: Number of gift orders per time slot is limited and is subject to availability. Please remember that the time the order is delivered is dependent on our ability to get in contact with the recipient. We want your gift delivered fresh-baked and the recipient to be happy, therefore, If we are not able to get in contact, we will leave a message, as well as send a text, telling them someone has ordered a gift for them from COOKIES on WHEELS. When they call us back, we will put the order in the delivery rotation at that time. We will not bake the COOKIES until we confirm a delivery time. If we do not receive a call back, we will attempt contact with the recipient on the next available business day!
